Design & Use
- The most common cable tie consists of a flexible nylon tape with an integrated gear rack, and on one end a ratchet within a small open case. Once the pointed tip of the cable tie has been pulled through the case and past the ratchet, it is prevented from being pulled back; the resulting loop may only be pulled tighter.
- This allows several cables to be bound together into a cable bundle and/or to form a cable tree.
- A cable tie tensioning device or tool may be used to apply a cable tie with a specific degree of tension. The tool may cut off the extra tail flush with the head in order to avoid a sharp edge which might otherwise cause injury.
- Light-duty tools are operated by squeezing the handle with the fingers, while heavy-duty versions can be powered by compressed air or a solenoid, to prevent repetitive strain injury.
Innovative ways of using a cable tie
- Holding hubcaps (wheel caps) in place -?This is a very common problem in our country! Our car and bike wheels? plastic covers are constantly getting cracked or broken because of our pot holed filled roads. But once bound by a cable tie to the wheel, the covers never fall off. Simple!
- Anti bird net installations – Do you stay in a high-rise building with pigeons constantly making your balcony their own? Just buy a net, and use cable ties to bind it to the walls on all sides!
- Temporarily closing cabinets – A cable tie is a simple yet effective way of temporarily closing a cabinet. For example, if you want to keep valuables away from the reach of children, you could just place the items inside a cabinet and secure it with a cable tie.
- Securing travel bags – We Indians are known for our love of travelling light, right? Wrong! And the perfect way to secure our overloaded bags, even those without an in-built lock, is to simply run a cable tie through the 2 zippers. Presto!
- Gardening – Ok we admit, not many of us city folk have real ?gardens? in the first place, but even in our little home planters and flowering pots, cable ties are a very effective, cheap and colourful way of holding up plants that need to stay upright to grow well.
- Secure your packages – Double the safety on your parcels buy tying long cable ties around them. Exactly the same way we use tape. This ensures better safety and is especially useful when you want to prevent food items from mysteriously going ?missing? in transit!

Uses & Applications of 300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6
- Many manufactures of the nylon cable tie industry have introduced different ties of various size for different items.
- Some of them are self-locking nylon ties, label nylon ties, buckle nylon ties, anti-disassembly (lead seal) nylon ties, fixed nylon ties, and bolts (aircraft head).? These nylon cable ties have flame retardant function, thus, it is very convenient to use them.
- As per the Research Dive analyst review, most of the nylon ties are made of nylon 6,6 material by injection molding. The fire protection grade in these ties is 94V-2. Therefore, these ties are acid resistant, corrosion resistant, not easy to age, and have strong endurance.
- 300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6 are widely used in electricals & electronics industry including electronic factories, computers, TV sets, and other internal connections, lighting, motors, and electronic toys.
- 300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6 have wide range of usage in other products of the fixed internal lines, mechanical equipment, oil pipeline fixed, bicycle packaging or bundling other objects and also used in agriculture, horticulture, handicrafts and other binding items.
Nylon cable ties belong to the sub-products of plastic straps. Generally, plastics are divided into two categories:
- Thermoplastic
- Cold plastic
- These two types of plastics have their own unique performance advantages and disadvantages.300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6 ?belongs to the category of thermoplastics. Whereas, nylon is also divided into many branches such as PA6, PA66, PA12, PA1010 and so on are commonly used in the market.
- Currently, the most widely used and popular products on the market are the ribbon products that are made of nylon 66 as the matrix material.
- Moreover, it is expected that the manufacturers will mix some other raw materials on the basis of nylon 66 to make some conceptual products. The brand of various products is changing, and the performance and uses are also different.
- At present, the 300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6 Anfix is widely used because for its performance advantages. It is not only light in texture, but is also tough and durable. At the same time, it has flame retardancy and oxidation resistance, with a relatively long service life.
- There are numerous excellent insulating tape products in the market that meet different consumer needs. But nylon cable ties are safer and more environmentally friendly.
- The manufacturers are focusing on the product development to provide the healthiest nylon cable tie to consumers and broaden the scope of use of products.
How to use 300 mm Nylon Cable tie 7.6?
